I have been a regular at Beacon Printing since their acquisition by Heritage in 2015 and have been blown away by their focus on exceeding their customer’s expectations and impressed with their ability to produce attractive marketing materials and event displays that really get your attention. When I first contacted Beacon printing they stated that if I sent them an example of the business cards I want printed they could match it. I sent our business cards and they looked them over and said yes we can definitely do this. The finished product I received from Beacon printing did not match what I wanted printed. The color, look and feel of the card was different from my original. I called several times to discuss this with them and it has been over a month before I was even able to reach a supervisor/manager. The supervisor/manager told me that they were satisfied with their work and would not refund our money. To me this equates to me taking a car to a mechanic to have the brakes fixed and instead he rotates the tires then tells you he is satisfied with his work. I thought that you were suppose to be satisfying your client? I would not suggest this company's services to anyone.
