The groomist was very knowledgeable and patient with my dog. She did a great service and represents Petco well. Great job!!
Nice helpful staff, clean store and the animals are well maintained. My only disappointment is that the brand and flavor of dog food my dogs eat are always sold out. But the staff informed me that I can always order it.
If I could leave -1 I would. Absolutely terrible customer service. My boyfriend and I came to this location today on Christmas eve to purchase a turtle. We brought our tank from petsmart and came here for the turtle. When asking to purchase the guy I spoke with was blunt and rude claiming he couldnt sell us the turtle until we had proof that our tank has been installed for 24 hours. I went to 3 different locations after this and they all informed me as long as the water is 70-78 degreees that the turtle will be fine which of course I have common sense to not use freezing water. I then called and asked to speak with a manager... and she lied! She kept asking where we lived and could tell she just didn’t want to sell us the turtle. She then proceeded to tell me that the type of turtle we wanted was illegal because we live in Pg county. I went to petsmart and petco at another location and they all informed me they’ve never heard of that and that all the staff just didn’t want to sell to us. This location needs to work on how they approach people and work on customer service because this isn’t how you do it. Will never go to this location again.’
Terrianne was so helpful, spent 20 minutes answering all the questions we had as we weren't able to get into the vet as soon as we hoped. She had extensive knowledge on dogs and helped us pick the right products to make sure our fur baby would be comfortable until we could get him in to see a vet.
Rude manager, son put in application had interview was told to call back with status. the manager was rude to him was told we just don't want you. There are a million ways to say no but "NO WE DO NOT WANT YOU" is rude when you clearly have the sign now hiring on door will never go back.
