The owner is rude and will never get my service again. I have been there on multiple occasions buying a leash and a few snack for my GS. If there is one thing that I cannot stand is a rude person. And as a small business owner you should be more professional and kind. He even had the nerve today to call the police because of where I was parked. Again I frequent his shop and the shop next door. BUT HE WILL NEVER get a dime of my money again.
Saw the reviews stating a great experience with the owner...we must have been there on the owner's off day. Zero customer service, and filthy. Person behind the counter was rude. We tried to ignore him...didn't help so we left. The back breaking experience of washing our dogs at home seems more rewarding at this point...
Take my dog monthly for self wash. Always had a good experience. Owner has provided great tips/info to improve the health of my dog (and my cat at home). Will continue to support this small business.

Stopped in to flea bathe my pup after he was being super itchy. Owner was informative about their all nature flea/tick wash and also gave me a lesson in the different prescription/OTC treatments available for prevention. Very reasonably priced self wash
