I usually like this place. But today it took 10 mins to seat us. 15 mins for the server to come and take our order. I went up to the bar and spoke with a rather rude waitress twice. By the second time I walked up there, she said to me ‘i told you,,, he (another server) will take your order’. If that’s the case, why asked me what i would like to drink the first time i walked up there and told me the drinks would be out shortly. In fact, the wait was so long some customers left. Her customer service skills are completely lacking.i should also add that it’s 2 pm on a Saturday. It was not even busy. 6-7 tables of customers at most. Why did they take so long to even take an order ?
My sister and I came for dinner and it was our first time. There were 2 couples at 2 tables and no servers around. The only visible employee was the guy at the grill. We stood at the door a few minutes before someone finally came our to seat us. He gave us menus and went to get bowls asked us what size and didn't explain the process or asked had we been there before and didn't introduce himself. He gave us our bowls took our drink order and walked off. Luckily I Googled earlier and figured out the process. We put our food together and he was at the grill area asked what our sides were and pointed at the sign not explaining whether or not if we had 1 or more choices. Our server brought us our food and walked off. I got our condiments since there were none on the table. He never offered condiments or asked if we needed anything until we were almost done eating. My sister asked for a to go box he brings it and disappears again. Someone else asked if we needed our server and got him so we could get the check. He brings the check. We decide to split the cost so put our cards down and he picks it up and walks off never asking how we wanted to split it. He brings the receipts and walks without a thank you or anything. The food was incredible but the service is HORRIBLE! Our server was poorly trained or didn't care and needs to give his job to someone who cares. Fake it until you make it. If I come again it will be to go.
Not only did I sit up there and they was missing order I got mines way before people that was waiting there... should of checked it cause it was all wrong... now I'm sitting here picking carrots out of rice that i didnt order.... I specifically said just noodles.... now I've been calling for 30 min and the lines busy... A shame cause the food is good
Compared to other Mongolian stir fry this one was more expensive. Bowls were also smaller and you get one bowl. They were out of a few items I really wanted like shrimp and mushrooms. the bean sprouts looked old . Our server cerahra was great so gave a few stars for her. Overall is was not a place I would go back to.
I hate to give bad reviews but come on. People were walking out because no one was serving people. It's better to close than offer bad customer service. The place was virtually empty but noone was being served. I hate to say don't go until they get their act together. Let me add though, Keisha is by far your best employee as she apologized for others and offered great service.
