I just went in to verify operation hours for Google. I'm not a smoker, so it's not somewhere I'd personally visit. Besides all the smoke.[it is a cigar lounge] it appeared well stocked, organize, and clean. The workers present were nice and offered answers to my questions.
I went in to buy my boyfriend a really nice cigar for Xmas. I went to the counter and asked for help in choosing a cigar. The guy was not engaging or friendly. He asked me " how much do you want to pay ". Normal enough question so I said 20.00 for 1 atleast. I don't know much about cigars but I know what size my boyfriend smoke and the type of heaviness. He snatched them out the case, kept smoking his cigar, since he could, and walked to the register. I was so tempted Not to buy those cigars because of his nonchalant bad customer service attitude alone. Then he handed me my copy to sign for my purchase and had the nerve to ask me if I wanted a receipt? I will NEVER buy from there again. I should have went to the cigar shop in Pentagon City as I usually go every year.

Having severe allergies while visiting an establishment with very little ventilation is hazardous to anyone’s health. The owner should invest in creating an area just cigar smokers. This would allow patrons such as myself an opportunity to enjoy the great food and the Friday night band GSwagg whom are awesome of course.
