I am a frequent Hooters Customer like literally. My family and I frequent Hooters every week sometimes 3 times a week! We have favorite servers and Manager. The manager Brian is the best ever, he always make sure he is interacting with the customers and kitchen staff to ensure the customer food is Awesome when received. Taryn and Chanel is our favorite servers. These two Ladies are well prepared for their tables, you have everything you need without asking and in a timely manner. Am cook is Awesome is well I never got his name. Love Hooters
IM surprised at all the negative reviews. We went today and had a pretty good experience. The place looked/smelled clean. We were seated immediately and were given drinks right after. Latisha was our server and we had no issues. She was polite and came to check on us a couple times before and after our food arrived. The appetizer came fairly quick and our wings came shortly after we finished the appetizer. We got exactly what we ordered and they were pretty good. My son loved the fries and tenders. As far as service goes she was great. No complaints about our visit.
I do understand what Hooters is known for but seriously this was the worst service ever! Waitress literally took an hour and a half to completely bring our food out 1 item at a time. My drink, somebody else's fries (not the burger, just the fries). Eventually came to collect our check with credit card and wondered to other tables with my card and took orders and chatted. Not cool! Food was ok, not worth what we had to deal with to get it.
I love Hooters but not today. The customer service was awful!!! I waited an hour for six wings and fries before leaving and deciding the piss poor service was not worth the wait.
