Horrible experience. My A/C was not working and I took may SUV to Firestone for a A/C inspection which cost $99 dollars. They said nothing was wrong and my A/C is fine. A few days the later the A/C stop working again so took the vehicle back and they said it was "over pressurized" and it cost $272 to repair it. The manager Nico(which is kid) is not very pleasant. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU AVOID FIRESTONE IN WALDORF, MD
They offer a life time alignment which is well worth it. The only downer is that they won't inform you of damage on your vehicle which may be impeding a proper alignment.
Best experience ever buying tires. Took a little longer than expected because they were busy, but WELL WORTH THE WAIT. I will always bring my business here and recommend to all my friends and family!
