Today i had a wonderful experience, their customer service was fantastic.
The first time I came to Merchants the customer service was amazing! I was stressed out trying to find someone to do a wheel alignment early in the morning and once I called here they told me to come as soon as I can. Mr. Steve was so nice & welcoming! Nothing changed the next time I went in (which was tonight at the last minute trying to get an oil change). I wasn’t too sure how bad it was & he didn’t mind helping! I will not be returning to “Mr. Tire” because this is now my favorite auto place in town! Great job!
Where do I start. Got a nail in my tire, on top of having a bad day already. Had to run to get it fixed (new tire at that). Anyway, got to Merchant's (never been before), and apparently it was written on my face. Mr. Briggs asked what was wrong, and followed me to the car. He saw a screw with the washer imbedded in the tire. He then proceeded to ask Mr. Combs to repair it. Which he did right away. They are the BEST. Thanks guys.
I had a great experience with this location. I needed a tire patched really earlier in the morning. I called 7 other local auto shops and this was the only one that was available (although all the other shops were open too). The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
Mr. Steve Briggs the service manager is an outstanding professional, that cares for his customers and make them feel at home. The rest of his staff was very respectful and ready to help their customers. On a Sunday where many places are closed ,to find this facility open was a blessing. please keep up the good work. I recommend this place to anyone that is looking for honest management and technicians. Like we say in the military BRAVO ZULU.
I just got my car oil change done and I was amazed at how fast the shop performed the service. The technician or Service Manager Steve Briggs didn't try to push additional services or products on me. This shop and it'd customer service is by far the best I have encountered in the Waldorf, Md area and I definitely will be returning for all my future oil changes.
