Slow service here...You can get a decent deal on tires, but don't expect quick service on Saturday for balance and rotate. I've been here about 2 hours and they haven't started on my car. I called ahead, no wait. I get here one gentleman showed in front of me to get new tires. I thought this won't be too bad. Only on guy working in the service bay on a Saturday morning. I've seen many people come and go from the service desk. I can't imagine how much business they have lost. Mechanicsburg, Pa Sam's has far superior service. The lady at the desk and the mechanic were at least nice.
Great prices and selections. Love the scan and go app. Ever have to deal with long lines.
the most horrable service I have ever had in my life. I have a membership and purchased 4 tires with installation.I was waiting for 10 business days to get my tires at the store and 4 days to get an available spot for appointment. they scheduled the installation of the tires by 1 pm however it took me 7 hours to wait for the tires to be installed. now you make your own conclusion
I've never really had a really bad experience at Sam's. It's okay, sometimes a tad bit dirty. I prefer it over Costco because the lines are way shorter and they have a little better selection of products.
So sad...everytime we order from the bakery, there is always a problem. The customer service is terrible, they have a problem the way the order was taken, but these are your co-workers. A class on customer service is definitely needed, this store has truly gone down hill
