It's very hard to find dedicated, honest sales people but when you do it makes sense to always return back. Steve from the big screen store in Waldorf, sold me a Mitsubishi 15 years ago. Today my husband and I decided to stop in and guess who we see, Steve. Thank you again for your help and the brand new TV.
Three words. Great customer service. We got a great Black Friday deal here. Mike our salesman was very informative and educated me on the different big screen technology options available and helped me identify what purchase was best for our family. I would recommend purchasing TV's here.

This is my third TV purchased from this Big Screen location. Each time I had a pleasant experience. The sales person was knowledgeable and eager to make a great deal. No pressure , just satisfaction from purchase to delivery to installation.
Our first experience at the Big Screen Store was great, we received great customer service and was satisfied with our purchase. We experienced a some difficulty setting up some of the features and Alfred was nice enough to make a house call and help us out. We would recommend our friends to visit the Big Screen Store for their next TV purchase.
In 2010, my husband and I came in looking for furniture for our entertainment room. We fell in love with flex steel, but it was out of our price range. We looked around at other stores, but we always came back to the flex steel. We even went into other Big Screen stores, but just couldn’t get any “good” customer service. As a last gasp, we went into the Big Screen Store in Waldorf and we were greeted by Steve. He sat down with us and we worked out a affordable price in order to purchase the set that we desired. Here it is 2017, and we still love our flex steel, and it’s in fantastic condition. So when our couches wore out in our family room, back we came. Yes, prior to, we looked at other furniture stores, but we thought, “let’s just check the Big Screen store in Waldorf”. Guess who met us at the door? Yep, Steve! And he remembered us. We were sold! You just can’t get better customer service than that! Steve has always treated us like family and puts in the extra effort to make our purchases seamless and affordable. I highly recommend the Big Screen Waldorf store. Not only is the flex steel top quality, but we are fortunate and grateful to have met Steve. He is a true asset to the store and a real model of what “good” customer service should be. Thank You Steve!
