I loved the workouts and staff at Crossfit Route 5. After every workout something new would be sore. I would definitely recommend this location.
First time at CrossFit. I loved the experience. The encouragement and extra push from the trainers is what I needed. If you are looking to shake up your "normal" routine. Give CrossFit a try especially CrossFit Route 5 gym.

It has been awesome to share this experience with some ladies and with the support of some good caoching we have accepted every challenge and many of us have agreed to share a couple of more weeks...everything is what the individual makes of it... strengthen your muscles, strengthen your core, strengthen your legs you put the work and they provide the motivation...awesome people....
