My payment was incorrect. They had the wrong mane of my dog, do they gave me thr incorrect receipt. When I went back gad yo wsit gir them to fig thtough reveipts for teo weeks back, which took quite a while, before it coud be resolve。Even though I gave the owners name alone with the puppy's name, the mistake was still made. Always double check receipts.
Worst place ever my mom was working there and the owner marshall descriminated my mother and fired her for being a different skin tone what the hell marshall is your problem, skin tone should not matter and you fire my mom on her sons birthday, i suggest not going there since some of the people that work there actually take and steal pain meds for their pets
I absolutely could not have been more impressed by this clinic. The staff was all so friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable, Ive never been greeted in such a warm and welcoming way from a business before so right there I felt like I had made a good choice. The doc was so nice and seemed happy to meet me and what was most impressive was that she listened to me, everything I said she really took into consideration. my dog is a little skittish but not aggressive so they all moved very calmly and easy around her, talking to her and offering treats to make her feel more comfortable, at other places shes had to be muzzled to get her shots but here she was so distracted by all the love she was getting she didn't even notice and before she knew it-it was over. I would highly recommend going there, the prices are fair and staff is wonderful.
The staff is great! They are ver compassionate about what they do. Very good at explaining procedures before they perform them.
