Wanted to get my car appraised to see what they would offer me if I decide to sell her. Mike was at the door when I arrived and greeted me immediately once I walked in. He asked if I was being helped and what I was coming in for. He immediately took care of getting the appraisal process started. Once I was entered into the computer he took me over to the waiting area. I sat and played on my ipad and phone in the interim. He came about 15 mins later to give me an update that they were wrapping things up and I should be done soon. 10 minutes later he came over with the offer and his business card and told me to give him a call once I decide what I want to do. Great hassle free experience!

I was a little skeptical after reading some less than great reviews about this dealership but after months of searching I found the exact vehicle I had been looking for - a preowned Audi Q7 at a decent price with low mileage. I called the store before going in to make sure the vehicle was still there and the woman that answered the phone was friendly and knowledgeable. She assured me the vehicle was still there and helped me set up an appointment to come in later that day. Upon coming into the dealership, I was met by the sales manager, Ron Fitzgerald who helped walk me through the features of the car and the final pricing which was exactly what I had seen online. Needless to say that after taking the car on a test drive, I was sold! I couldn’t have been happier with my experience and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car.
