Part department staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. They had the part I needed allowing me to get in and out quickly. Cashier was also friendly and checked me out quickly while answering customer questions from the service dept. Great experience.
Willie Moses is the Nissan sales consultant who is magic when putting together a car purchase. I just purchased my fifth vehicle from him. Willie didn't pressure us to buy and provided us an amazing deal. He also got us the exact color we asked for and provided a Nissan that made all my dreams come true!! Gary Lee, the sales manager made the pricing obtainable and his professionalism made the purchase an amazing experience. We didn't actually end up buying a car from them but the staff was friendly/helpful. The cars were clean and had no weird odors like another dealership we went to. Not as pushy as most other places either. Only thing that stopped us from buying was price to be honest. If they were more willing to negotiate on price/interest rate I'd give them 5 stars.
Very pleased with the Nissan services department! The customer service is phenomenal! Very pleasant, even in a busy atmosphere. Also the shuttle service while you wait for your services to be completed is excellent. Went to the mall to shop while I waited for an oil change. Nothing like great customer service!
I was very pleased with all the sales staff. My family and I came to price a new SUV. Carl was helping us navigate through their robust inventory. I never felt pressured and was given space to speak privately with my wife. Carl listened to my families wants and helped by showing a side by side comparison of each model. In the end he covered all our bases and helped us find the perfect fit for our family. When we began discussing numbers he gave us fair deals and helped work closer to our target monthly payment. Chip, in the finical department was also very kind and helpful. He made signing the documents a breeze as well as helping get the best priced warranty. I typically dread car shopping due to pushy sales man and the hustle and games they play. I can honestly say I have never been treated better than I was at Sheehy.
