Mary 1-5-11. We bought our 2007 Camry at Toyota Waldorf new. I have taken in back in for several things over the past few years and have always gotten fast and reliable service! The staff have always been professional and helpful. Mike Pavan, the service manager and LeBaron in the service department are awesome to work with! My vehicle was recently involved in a minor collision and I found the manager in the collision shop and the staff there equally as great! Worse dealership we've been too they were supposed to repair our vehicle with under 5000 miles on it. It was bumped in a parking lot, the fist pick up showed bad paint and additional damage from them removing a window, the second pick up showed new damage to the front of the vehicle and opposite side that was originally supposed to be fixed. They still have our vehicle and it looks like we will be forced to take them to court. Bottom line, don't let them touch your vehicle especially if it's less than two months old. ( they will try and tell you it was like that when it came in )

Bought my 2007 Sienna there, the buying experience was painless, and I did work them for my best deal. Have returned there for all my services and have been very happy with the work done. I have recommended to my friends and several have also bought from Toyota of Waldorf.
Went in with a check to trade my 08' scion in for a 14' scion and, they made me wait forever to get a trade in value then they came back with a cheap offer and said they couldn't go up. Walked out drove to a different dealership, got my 14' scion and a good trade price and they got a big check. Think they would give someone the extra $2k to get $20k back. But, nope!
Being in the body shop industry its always hard to find someone on the dealership side that one, knows what they are looking up, and two follows through completely with any issues you may have during the order process. I have found just that within the 13+ years that I have been dealing with Toyota of Waldorf. Generally due to his experience I deal with Jonathan.
