I bought a brand new Passat from here and the experience I had was wonderful. Service was exceptional with my first oil change, great place to take my car.
Recently returned here for an alignment. My prior experience was when the dealership was Wes Greenway. The service advisors are still wonderful. My alignment was done quickly and perfectly. The tech, Josh, even showed me a few other issues that were present. He explained exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. I definitely will still bring my 2015 Jetta here for all maintenance.
I had a great car buying experience when I went to Oarisman Volkswagen to purchase a new car. AJ, the sales manager was very quick with a text when I put in an online inquiry and I appreciated his straight to business mentality. When I went to the dealership, my salesperson Robert Dent was nothing but excellent. He had the car I was interested in brought up in no time, showed me all around the car, all of the features, and gave an informative test drive. Upon deciding it was the car I wanted, both Robert and AJ worked with me to reach a deal that made all of us happy. Also, there is none of the running back and forth of the salesperson to the managers desk to "discuss" the deal, AJ and Robert will openly discuss the deal in front of you, so you are aware of everything that is going on. Overall, I was very pleased, not only with the purchase experience, but the car as well.
The purchasing experience was wonderful until about 3 months after purchasing my car the battery went dead. So not even being 6 months into the purchase I return to the dealership to be told that they couldn't do anything and I need to go purchase another battery. None the less I was very upset and frustrated by they're recommendations. So my next encounter with VW was when one of the the axels on my car was defective so I took the car to a repair shop who could not fix the problem so they sent the car to the dealership for repairs. While my car was there for repairs the dealership supposedly did repairs on recalls on my car. This was all fine and dandy however I never signed anything saying I agreed to the repairs or that the repairs were indeed repaired. Needless to say I was sold a lemon and the dealership knew it. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.
The General Manager was very nice to deal with when I encountered an issue with a Sales Person. I would deal with him directly as he seemed very adamant to want to help and make things right. I appreciate his willingness to continue following up with me to work things out.
