Crooks!!!! Seriously tried to get a car here and was offered an awful ATR. I mean really, really bad. I mean like almost 12 percent, like I don't know my credit or something. They tried to get me because I'm "young." Got my car elsewhere without that issue. Went back for service and they tried to get me to change something that was fine for a crazy price. They must have figured I know nothing about cars. DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL. AVOID AT ALL COST.
I recently had my Outback in for service. The service writers were very friendly. My free 27 point inspection was a great bonus. The tech, Josh, brought me out into the shop and showed me exactly where my oil leak was coming from while explaining in layman's terms exactly what caused it and what would fix it. I definitely will recommend this shop to everyone.
