We was greeted by a sales associate named Christine P. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the products. She provided us with excellent customer service. We was checked out by Tamika P. She was very polite and also provided us with excellent customer service. For me, excellent customer service means a lot when I go shopping. I will most definitely shop here again.
Customer Service: Tamika & Sales Rep Herby - Was an overall great experience. Was greeted at the front door, was left alone while i walked around (which I really appreciate) and when Herby was helping someone else real quick another salesman answered my question of price and quickly handed it back over to Herby with no issues. Herby was very kind and accommodating to my elder mother who was trying to buy a new table. Smooth sale and customer service rep Tamika was very nice, had a great personality, explained the process every step of the way, made sure we were purchasing the right product and had a fabulous personality. My mother was called by Ashleys' to set up the delivery and they showed up when they said they would and quickly set up her new table while helping to move her old table to the other side of the room. they didn't have to but they helped her. Glad to see there is a store in Waldorf that still shows their customers respect and good customer service. Thank you! !
Dear Lord where do they come up with their pricing for living room furniture? We were price shopping against two other local stores for furniture (couch and love seat - leather). The prices would be something like "regularly $6,350 marked down to $2,843." Who in the world would someone pay that much for fake leather couches? We gave it our best effort looking all over the store to see if anything came close to what we liked...nope.
After visiting several furniture stores in the area and receiving awful customer service or may I say no customer service, my husband and I decided to go to Ashley Furniture. Upon entering the store, we immediately noticed the quality of the furniture was so much better than the previous stores.
I wrote a long review. Not sure what happened. Anyway, I had an awesome experience at Ashley. Richard helped me and did not hover, which I LOVED! Tamika was very helpful and extremely professional. Richard worked hard to make sure that I received the best price possible. While it is true that you CAN get some of the items cheaper online, it is nice to be able to have furniture delivered with a guarantee and know that it will not be damaged. I have done both. I have ordered items online and I had had furniture delivered and I would take having my nice furniture delivered and set up for me. I called to check up on my order since it was taking a bit of time to receive it, and I was helped and did not receive any hassle. I would definitely shop there again.
Thank you to the Ashley Furniture team, especially Herby, for helping us find the perfect sectional to fit our family room. We visited a few other furniture stores before going to Ashley but they did not have the selection or quality that we were looking for. Herby showed us the general layout of the store then let us explore on our own which was greatly appreciated. When we had questions about options, pricing, colors, etc. he was right there ready to help us out. Herby did everything he could to find us the perfect couch for our budget and we couldn't be happier with the result.
