I was charged over $400 more because I wanted there new financing of 36 months. Then the said they would not honor there military discount of 10%!!! Room store I am very disappointed.. They are not very customer friendly. They are only out to make an extra buck! Thanks for nothing! TRULY DISAPPOINTED!
And now they're gone. Guess a lot of others felt that way too.
Got the new set of furniture, and it was also backordered. Waited for it to arrive and it was poorly crafted. There shouldn't be cracks in the wood of a brand new furniture set that cost more than $1000! I will never purchase anything from them again.
Purchased a bedroom set from them back in 2007. Took them forever to get it in because it was backordered, and then they put it together wrong. The bed eventually broke because their people couldn't even put together their own furniture. Got a refund, went to purchase something else and the refund didn't cover it all like they said it would.
