My in store experience was fine. I bought a piece and schedule delivery. I proceeded to take off work and reschedule everything to make myself available. When the day came I got a call saying it wouldn't be delivered because there was a note saying it wasn't going on the truck... I never received a call back from the manager, Chris Fillaramo, so I guess my time and business wasn't important.
Till date, I still have NO RUG and I still have NO REFUND. Please think twice before conducting business with this unproffessional establishment.
This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any furniture purchase. I purchased a rug for my dining room on August 27th. I was assured by my sells rep "AB" that I would have my rug no later than September 6, 2017. I patiently waited for the delivery of my rug and it never showed up. I finally called to see where it was on September 11th and I was informed that my rug was coming from a third party in early October. Why wasnt I contacted? After speaking with customer service, I requested to have my order cancelled. I was told the entire portion could not be put on my card because I paid with cash and I could go to the store to retrieve the additional $170 from the store. So the next day I drive to the store (45 min drive) only to be told that they do not have $170 in the store and I have to wait until the store makes enough money before I am refunded. I was told that someone would call me when the store makes enough money.
This establishment is so unprofessional..You have to search around for someone to help you purchase from this store. The staff are Uneducated on the Furniture they are selling. I recently brought a King bed set from the location in Waldorf MD and the salesman only concern was getting the commission. When I brought the bed the mattress was $1000 and the mattress was defective!! The king bed was $799.00.. They had to send a "Technician" to my home and I had to wait in a large Time frame for them to arrive to my home from 130 pm to 430 pm THEY NEVER ARRIVED ..EVEN THOUGH THEY CALL YOU A DAY OR TWO TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT!! THE TECHNICIAN CAME THE NEXT DAY.. When he arrives this process took 10 min for him to tell me what I already knew..Wasted my entire afternoon!! They have young girls who answer the phones who sounds like they are upset they have a job and they mumble when they speak which gives me the indication that they're highest form of education is most likely 12 grade .. The manager was unprofessional at the store when I express my concerns. Now I have to wait another week for them to replace my Mattress and again sit around in my home in a large window of time and wait as if my time isn't valuable.. I wouldn't recommend anyone buy from this Furniture store.. THIS STORE SUCKS THEY NEED BETTER TRAINING!! OR FIRE EVERYONE AND START FRESH!
Wife and I were promptly greeted by Orlando who let us know if we needed anything just let him know. My wife and I freely explored the store looking for the furniture we wanted. Once we found what we were looking for Orlando was very helpful in putting our package together under what we expected price wise. If you want no pressure service I'd definitely recommend this location and Mr. Orlando.
