Nice rooms, cozy lobby/restaurant area. Could use more lighting in the bathroom. Hard to see well for shaving
The room was very clean, 2nd floor. However, there was a strong food grease smell on the 1st and 2nd floors 11/27 through 11/30. It seems like the area where they are cooking food is not properly exhausted out of the building.
Today I got off of work went back to my hotel room arrived a 955am. My room was entered without my permission. My door was open my do not disturb sign was taken off the door . And all my sheets were taken off the bed check out is at 12pm.
No regard for public safety at this location.
Oh two weeks ago I stayed there I gave a friend my room number. They were in my room because they leave the doors open . Good thing I knew the person. I hadn’t even made it to the room .
Great hotel clean and updated. Reasonable rates great location.

I complained to the front desk he offered me half off. Really ⚠️ I had to ask for another room only to be told check is at 12. Went to the new room crack mirror. No remote to the TV horrible ☢️☢️☢️
The shower heads are dirty ⚠️⚠️⚠️ Cleaning crew blast music while cleaning rooms. Not a pleasant place to stay see pictures . Update: I was on the first floor which is horrible. Everyone hangs out in the hallways (Employees)
The room was beautiful and spacious. I would like to have given them 5 stars. However, there AC issues. Room was hot and the housekeeper banged on the door 2 1/2 hrs before checkout time waking the children when there was a do not disturb sign on the door. Other than that, great location for all shopping and dining.
