The salesman was very helpful and even cut us a great deal. Unfortunately when the bed was delivered I seem to have "lost" $70 out of an envelope..... no fault of the salesman. I notified mattress mart and they said they would look into it. Other than the delivery it went well. So get your mattress here but watch the delivery guys like a hawk.
From the beginning talking with the salesman, I was offended by his "oh these stupid people, why can't they learn" attitude when I asked a question. He dramatically covered his eyes, shaking his head before answering. He acted like it was impossible to pick a comfortable mattress without my kids being there to try them. If they love my bed, am I not able to tell what is comfy?? Please!
AFter a few tries of questions and very little help from him in actually being a salesperson, he asked if I wanted the one I had originally inquired about 3 minutes before. I hadn't even made it through half of the show room! I said "I will be looking today at different stores, then buying tomorrow." He said "I'll see you tomorrow then." and started to walk away. I took that as my que to leave and did. Never been so rudely treated by a person who wants to make a living by selling something. Wow.
I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I am surprised that this operation is still in business especially with the competition in the area. I would never purchase anything from this establishment.
Bald guy working there was very rude. I felt belittled because I came in expecting lower prices than the competition in Waldorf. When I asked if they had anything cheaper since I wasn't looking for anything fancy and didn't NEED a new mattress, I was just looking to go from a queen to king he asked "If you don't need a new bed, why are you here? I'm here to sell, if you're not looking to buy then what the point of shopping around" needless to say I just left. Will never step foot in there again.
The owner/manger was very rude me and another guy walked in at the same time I was simply asking a question he told me to go away he's trying to make a sale
