Really nice place! The rooms are a little small and there is no hot tube, But the rooms are clean and are not stinky like some hotels.
This hotel is nasty hands down. They have potential but you can clearly tell the housekeepers don't care. The curtains had splatter of throw up on it. The headboards look they hadn't been dusted in weeks. My bathroom sink had toothpaste on it and my trashcan was used . I was afraid to let my kids touch anything in the rooms. The front deak people are rude except for the evening person she was very accommodating. The breakfast lady was nasty and acted like our very presence was an issue. When I came down to the front desk to complain she told me there was nothing they could do and I'd have to wait for the manager. The manager was late when I arrived to speak with her so I paid for my room and went on my way. This hotel is the bottom of the bucket and wouldn't recommend it to my worse enemy. Not worth the money spent at all.
Room for 2 w/ a side of roach, is what they think I paid for... Here’s the story... So i booked this hotel for 4 nights. We checked out on the second day, because there was a roach running across our floor. Not only were we told that “we haven’t had a complaint all month of coach roaches” as if I was lying but we were told that we could stay in a different room, but why when their probably all over this place. Then the manager wouldn’t find time to speak to me nor approve my refund for an extra 4 days. When I finally got the chance to speak to him he kept speaking over me and yelling as if it was my fault. RIDICULOUS. Never will I ever stay with them again.
I would recommend this hotel. And there is a pool, fitness room, and a big buffet breakfast!
We did have some troubles finding this place because it is kinda tucked in between some buildings, but you can find it.
Our first night was horrible. The first room had a smoke detector with dying batteries and maintenance wasn't available to change them so we had the offer to switch rooms. The second room was on the first floor and the walls were so thin I could hear everything! Every toilet flush, every car door shut, there were a few groups of people who took smoke breaks outside my room all night. The next morning I asked to be given a new room so I could try to enjoy my vacation and get some much needed sleep. We were given a room on the third floor and there was not a thing to complain about. I slept like a baby!
Family stayed here for 2 nights. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Free Laundry Facility came in handy as my granddaughter got sick on the driver and we had wash her belongings. Breakfast was good with a nice variety. Staff was friendly and helpful. Needed a crib for my granddaughter and Housekeeping brought one up right away with no extra charge. All in all it was a good experience.
