This dealership is the most ridiculous dealership I have ever heard of. I got my brand new truck (yes it was used, but new to me). I was so excited. It was horrible that within a few weeks I had to hand it over to Ken Dixon ( which they were great ) to get a transmission put in my truck. WAO didn't want to put a new trans in but Ken Dixon fought and won. When I finally got it back over a month later (plus they didn't want to pay for my rental car) my front in was completely out of balance from day one. Had to take it in to get it fixed. I had another broken part that had to be fixed. Then I get to take it for the first time to get my oil changed. My oil filter was rusted on. WTF! They never even changed and checked my oil before selling it. These guys deserve whatever comes to them. They are horrible people. They should get guys in the back that are mechanics and not car detailers. They think they can sell these cars off of looks. I called and the manager told me basically they don't care and these are used cars and there going to have problems and we (the buyer) buy those problems too. I hear all the other story's on here. Whoever is happy with these people, consider yourself LUCKY! Even the people at both store that I went that was recommend by WAO both told me to drive the truck back and refuse to keel it. They even knew these people are horrible. So bottom line if your considering buying from these people DON'T.
We saw a vehicle that we wanted and called the online manager. We agreed on the final price of the vehicle with the doc fee. Before we left we called her again and said we are on our way and she verbally said she will hold he vehicle for us. She even said she'll move the vehicle to a different location since we are from Atlanta so it's almost 12 hours drive. After 6 hrs drive and a non-refundable hotel cost, she called us and said it was sold.
Before making a long trip to Ken Dixon, be aware that the vehicle might be sold before you arrive.
Great buying expereinece here at Waldorf Auto Outlet. I picked up a high quality used car for a good price. Both Tim (salesman) and Steve (finance manager) were a pleasure to deal with. I plan on purchasing my next vehicle through this dealer.
Very Unprofessional. Called in the morning about a 2003 Lightning spoke with Jasmin (Internet Sales Associate) She informed me the vehical was there and thought everything was fine. Well After driving for an hour and a half i get there and come to find they sold the vehical the day before. No contact with me informing me of this and they let me waste 3 hours of my time to test drive a vehical they didnt even have. STAY AWAY Joke Dealership!
My parents went to Waldorf Auto Outlet to purchase a Mercedes. The sales people were friendly, but something wasn't exactly right about them. The one thing that they never did was show us the carfax on the car, which is important when buying a used car, especially a used Mercedes. They constantly asked the sales people about the carfax, but constantly told them that they were going to get it, but never did. It was not until two years later that when we went to trade in the car, the car had a bad carfax since it was in an accident that we had no idea about and it significantly reduced the value of the car. The cars may look nice, but there may be a hidden secret for each one
