My experience was fantastic, John Turner, Lisa Henderson and Dawn treated my daughter and I like family. John was what I call a true salesman, everything was explained in detail nothing left out so there were no surprises.
We had the pleasure of working with John Turner. He was knowledgeable, helpful and most importantly, not at all pushy. While going to dealerships to find a new car is not my idea of fun, Mr. Turner and his wonderful personality along with Dawn and the rest of team certainly made the experience more bearable. I was supposed to go back to a dealership today and sign for a used vehicle with an interest rate much higher than I wanted to pay. Long story short, I went to Waldorf Chevy Cadillac and had the best car buying experience one could ever desire. Not only did I get an acceptable low interest rate, I left with a 2018 SUV that was almost the same price as the smaller used vehicle I was supposed to sign for elsewhere!
I admit my first experience wasn’t great but the folks at Waldorf Chevrolet realized their mistake and apologize profusely. Everything is great now, even brought my daughter by to buy a car and my baby girl is thinking about stopping by.
Had some issues with my vehicle. Mark was friendly, courteous, and effective. He took extremely good care of me. Definitely would recommend. Ask for Mark he's the greatest.
Great experience! Margo was my salesperson...phenomenal. Jelani, the Finance Director, was outstanding. I told him where I wanted to be with payments and he worked with me to get what I wanted. Both were patient, pleasant, and NOT pushy. The manager, Walt Pine, was pleasant, easy going, and helpful as well. Walt knew I wanted to leave with my new vehicle and he helped make it happen.
UPDATE: Since I posted this review, I have received one response (see below) and two phone calls about my review from Waldorf Chevy Cadillac. They indicated that they really appreciated my review and was very apologetic about the incident and ensured me that steps will be taken to make sure that this will not happen again. I really appreciate the accountability displayed by Service Team. Because of that I am changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars. Thank you for the prompt response. I bought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. Once payment was made, I could see my vehicle from within the service area and could tell that something was wrong with the hood. As it turned out, the oil cap was not put back and it made the hood stick up on one side. In addition, I started my vehicle and checked the tire pressure and realized that the TPMS had not been reset. I had to go back in and talk to the service advisor. Had I not notice the problem with the hood, who knows what would have happened.
