While l always get great service when I have both my Mustang and F-150 serviced at Waldorf Ford. After checking my vehicle when I got home I notice all four wheels air pressure was between 6-9 pounds low. I would think after they rotated the tires they would check the pressure...no big deal; that’s the different between getting 4 stars and 5 stars
Grand buying experience from first contact to delivery of the F150 exactly as I wanted it. The best pricing I could find and trust me I shopped around, NY, PA, VA and MD (multiple Dealers in all venues), and Waldorf Ford provided me with th best service and price out of all. This is my second purchase at Waldorf Ford (F250 on December 22, 2007); both purchases have been grate for my Soul and pocketbook. I’ll do it again when the time comes. I recently had my F150 in for service at Waldorf Ford. I found the service assistant service manager Drew Garis very helpful. He scheduled the appointment around the arrival of the needed part and the job went perfectly. He also updated the Sirius radio software. It works perfectly. I was treated with courtesy and respect by him and his entire team. I am completely satisfied and will continue to take my vehicles there for service.
My salesman "Jay" was the best!! He went over and beyond to get me in the car I wanted. His manager found me a better deal in PA & Jay drove 120 miles to pick it up for me & drove 120 back to deliver it to me personally. This is the type of young man my daughter needs to date, lol!! He was knowledgeable about ALL cars, not just Ford. Even my time in financing was enjoyable. My entire experience at Waldorf Ford was awesome & I will recommend anyone looking to buy a car to go here because they will not be disappointed. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. My husband never had to unleash "The Maniac" because it went so smooth :-)
