I would give the dealership zero stars if I could. Received a price sheet offer via email for their Costco buying program. Told sales rep I would be in the next day to look at the car. Arrived the next day as arranged, after receiving a call in the morning confirming my afternoon appointment. I arrived and was handed off to a regular salesman, not a person on the Costco list. Then the salesman tries to show me cars, other than the one that was in my email. When I asked to see the car that was forwarded in the email, the salesman tells me that it was sold that morning. And I asked if that was before or after someone on the sales staff called to confirm my appointment. After huddling with sales managers, the salesman asks me if I would be interested in 2018 models which would arrive in several weeks.
I bought a new car using their online service. I liked the convience and the price transparency. Stormy was great and responsive..... Only up until I got my car delivered... Pretty much ignored my emails and phone calls after selling me the car. I thought Saeed was great at first for delivering the car and going through all the features, but again pretty much ignored communications after the sale. Poor customer service and follow up after the sale.
My friend recommended to visit Waldorf Honda and I purchased Honda CR-V yesterday with Mike and his team, they are professional and made all processes very smooth. This is my first time to buy new car, I was nervous but I went to the right place and the right team so that’s totally change my chapters for buying new car from dealer. I’m super happy and love my new car. Great decision ! Love it !
Next time you need a new Honda, give them a try. I bought a new 2017 accord from them, great price, service and excellence customer service. There site provides upfront with Out the door cost, with the actual cost break down (selling price, destination cost, discount, fees, tax, tag and title) with express check out online. My sales rep Mark Green and sales manager Mike Council are awesome, we agreed on the price over the phone and via email, and when i got to the store next day, there was no surprise or extra add on. I negotiated the price over the phone under 15 min, i bought many cars but this is by far the best experienced i had with a dealership. Once i got to the actual store the whole process took 90 min. I drove 70+ miles one way and past at least 5 Honda dealers on the way but I was not disappointed.
Classic bait and switch operation. I went one block away and bought a Chevy with no hassle. I guess I will have to wait a couple of years and find another Honda dealer, before I can buy a Honda. I should have believed all of the negative reviews for Waldorf Honda, and not wasted my valuable time.
I absolutely LOVE Waldorf Honda! From beginning to end, everybody was super nice and patient. The salesman (Timmy) was eager to answer all my questions. He was very patient with me while I chose the exact color I wanted (it was btwn 2 colors). Hana was wonderful and went above and beyond. She's very pleasant, very understanding and not pushy at all. Mike was also absolutely amazing and nothing but a pleasure to work with. This is my second purchase at Waldorf Honda and he was great both times! Would definitely recommend Waldorf Honda. The service department is wonderful too. Just all around a wonderful dealership and I wouldn't go anywhere else!
