Worst experience ever! Purchased a mattress, scheduled it to be deliver led the following Saturday. I receive and email the night before the delivery letting me know the time frame of the delivery the next morning between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm. I received a phone call the Saturday morning at 10:00 (the day of delivery) from their delivery location stating my mattress wasn't in stock (the day of delivery)! They said they would have one in stock on Monday and they could deliver it on Tuesday. I had already given my mattress away at 9:00 am that same morning!!! I was very upset! I attempted to entertain their option of a Tuesday delivery and asked if they could bring it at a specific time but they could not! So on the day of the scheduled delivery they did not have MY MATTRESS IN STOCK FOR DELIVERY AND I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL TUESDAY (3 nights without a bed)! They could not accommodate a specific time (after work). They deliver until 7:00 pm and I was requesting 6:00 pm! I was very upset and called the waldorf location which is where I PURCHASED MY MATTRESS FROM. They really did not seem to be concerned at all, they said this never happened before. They said they would normally receive an email the day before or the customer would receive a call. They made no attempt to rectify the situation. I decided to come down to their store and get a refund because they thought I was going to just settle for whatever date and time they had available! Well they were shocked when I came in their . The young lady who sold the mattress wasn't so happy when she realized she just lost her commission. Then she wanted to upgrade my mattress! Too late! I had ordered a a mattress from another place and picked it up the next day! Oh BTW! It took them 8 business days to credit my account! I had to track down the District Manager. Worst experience ever!
The staff is disengaged, rude, and lack basic customer service skills. We returned here after previously purchasing a king size mattress and ended up bring very disappointed by the level of service we received. The store manager Jamal was very abbrasive with his responses and failed to offer options. The only benefit was the fact that we were able to purchase two mattresses at a sale price.
Went in looking for a box spring for my bed. Donna was very helpful! Customer service was excellent. My entire transaction took 10 minutes. I will be purchasing from here again!
The service was great, from the door to the purchase of our new mattress the experience was phenomenal. our sales representative, Donna, was not only helpful but with the aid of BedMatch, she provided my fiance and I with the most comfortable Serta mattress and pillows. My fiance and I are nurses, so we need our sleep to be great. Thanks to this sales representative and their innovative technology. We were able to not only get the perfect matched mattress but also a mattress protector and a pillow for a great sale price that no other store in the area could match. My fiance and I are very happy with the service and products acquired. In addition to helping us get amazing sleep, they helped many of our patients get the best possible care by two well rested nurses.
Being a single mother of two children under two and their father being deceased. I struggle financially , Donna made me feel so amazing . Great customer service , helped me fully when my first order didn't fit in my home . Five stars Donna !
