Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient being in the midst of Waldorf.

I used this hotel for my family reunion as the host Hotel. The service that I received from this hotel was not the best. It seem like people were staying there that was friends of the employees of the hotel.They received top priority service, that was not fair because my family's spent a lot of money with this hotel.We had 10 rooms that was paid for the weekend so I felt we should receive better service.
Nice place and clean rooms, the low rating comes from the fact that my family stayed here for our Family Reunion and while a large number of us paying guests were enjoying the outside courtyard we were asked to basically disperse in order to accommodate non paying guests who appeared to have a personal relationship with the staff. My family and I travel often and typically in large groups and have never experienced this. We reserved and paid for 10 rooms for the weekend , so we spent a pretty penny. Needless to say Residence Inn will not be on our list of places to stay in the future.
Staff do not acknowledge people walking in and out. Came to clean room at 4:30 and expected me to leave while they did it. Was there 4 nights.. Did not live up to this brand's standards.
The rooms are nice and up kept.
