Don't come here! Rude, hateful staff, doctors are mean and uncaring!
Dr. Varma is great she really seem to care for me as an individual. Other doctors not so much
Uncaring. Never answer phone or respond to messages. Refuse to cooperate with pharmacies. Overcrowded waiting room forces people with back problems to stand for long periods. Messed up two appointment times! (out of 4).
Stay away!!!!
American Spine, specifically Dr.Varma, is very in compassionate.She wrote the most slanderous and dishonest discharge letter, this is extremely unprofessional and alarming.The length of deceit they are willing to go to is negligent.The altering approaches of care and lack of consistency among the Doctors should not impact their patients, nor should they be subject to such neglect.Pain Management Centers should be held accountable for their mistreatment of patients.The Maryland Board Of Physicians will hopefully address these issues.The experience my Wife and I had should not have to be experienced by any patients.At the end of the day American Spine is not a place for the patient looking for a Doctor who interest is the patient and their quality of life.
I contacted this office for medical records they answered the phone then placed me on hold for approximately 15 minutes listening the awful music. poor customer service at this location.
