Worst dr office I have ever been to. Went for my first app for bloodwork and waited over 40 minutes.. My second app was for 2:30 pm.. After waiting over an hour and a half I told the receptionist I had a 430 app elsewhere . I was told I wouldnt be seen by then!!! I had. 230 app and I wouldnt be seen by 430? I will never go back
This is by far the Worst practice in Southern MD! It is a shame they are still in business! Patients well being does not come first. I was actually turned away! The Doctors are ALWAYS late arriving to the office. If u make an appointment, do not count on them honoring the appointment time. This practice should be ashamed. 0 stars is not an exaggeration but well deserved! 1 star I gave is only to be able to post this comment!
They're always happy and helpful. Good old fashioned bed side manner. Spend time to talk to you. Holistic approach with options for care.
The Leon's themselves are great doctors and Gigi is a terrific P.A. But their office staff sucks! Especially Nurse Ratched (Betty) who suffers from an overbearing sense of self importance. Most of the staff there seem to go out of their way to make you feel like their doing you a favor just letting you be a patient. No thanks!
I love Dr. Leon and the whole Leon team. Yes, sometimes you will have to wait a while for your scheduled appointment but he will take his time with you like he does everyone else and will do a thorough check on the status of your health. Great doctors and I refuse to go anywhere else.
