I highly recommend this place as being a part of your health services and I will say one thing about Dr. Leatherwood is one of the best most caring physican that I've ever been with yet this far. Hes confident in his self and has extreme passion for all of his patients. He will even call you over the weekend if you call him during after hours and sincerely need his HELP. Hes always been very straight forward, to the point, compassionate about what is going on with you, cares about you and actually will take the time in his schedule to work you in one way or another. I've always felt like a number or a nobody at other doctors but not with these groups of highly educated and motivated physicians and Nurse practitioners. I highly recommend this place of health care needs one if not the top most likely to recommend people who truly care about what is going on with someone who you barely know, but I swear they take there time and sincerely care about you as a human, and not just a monetary valued person. I love this place, and haven't had not one time/second/minute etc... that has gone bad.
The ladies at the reception were rude, my kids have appointments one 8:30am and the other 9:15am both seen the same physician got there at 8:42am.She said she will have to reschedule my daughter for another day because we were 12mins late.Me and my Husband just decided to change to another provider.They just lost family of six to another better physician.
Careful, when you get important tests they are not good about letting you know the results. Husband had a chest X-ray and then months later found out the results were pneumonia. The office never called. I had a heart scan, called a month later and had to be persistent to get the results. You should not have to hound the office or doctor to find out if you are really sick.
The receptionists are RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL!!! Doesn't matter what day of the week or what time during the day, I always seem to get someone who is upset and clearly hates their job. It's unfortunate because Dr. Pace is a great doctor. Makes me want to move my business elsewhere.
If you want to feel like a number, this is the place to go. Been going here for years and each year gets worse. Going to change dr.`s when find a better one
