Prepare to wait forever. No one can figure out what order they are checking patients in.
Terrible. This office is the very reason people hate going to the doctors office. Waited an hour to be seen by the doctor for five minutes, then was given a crappy black and white xerox copy of some ancient brochure as a treatment plan. By the way, that'll be $200 out of pocket, thanks. I found more useful advice on the internet than I did these people. 0/10 would recommend.
Furthermore, she stated directly to me that she is manager of the employees after one of the employees called me "B." and a "Fu. B." and said "IT'S DIFFERENT IN HERE, BUT I WILL SHOW YOU DIFFERENT IN THE PARKING LOT." Because of my repeated requests to have the Dr. CORRECT HIS mistakes during our office visit and formally requesting that the belligerent employee not have permission to speak on my son's behalf AND my trying to avoid another round of ENDLESS UNRETURNED PHONE CALLS, the employee continued to use profanity, until the doctor removed her to the back room. She began crying...BUT, as soon as the doctor left the back room with her, she seemed to have called someone and began telling them how she called me those things and used all types of profanity on the phone VERY LOUDLY. Lisa McCluney wrote her name and the name of the HIGHLY RUDE employee on a business card for me to file a complaint.
Again, the Dr. told me to fill out the complaint form of which they did not have any. So, I guess this is the complaint form. When I called the other office to ask for the higher level of authority, I was told that Lisa McCluney was the only person to speak with. Please note that you can see that Lisa McCluney is the ONLY one who posted a positive review --- but, she works this place as the manager!!!
Do not go to this place. My daughter has a small break in her knuckle I took in the X-rays from an urgent care. They looked at the X-ray I brought in said oh yes a very small break gave my daughter a brace, not even a cast now they are saying she has a surgical procedure!!! And are charging us a great more deal of money for doing nothing!!!! And billing couldn’t be more rude didn’t even try to help!!! Horrible service and no one in charge wants to talk. She put me on hold made me wait forever only to get back and say no one is here to talk to you! Do not trust them!!!

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! We have been going to Advanced Orthopedics since October. The doctor DID NOT completely review the written forms completed we first arrived and DID NOT provide the written forms nor complete process to give a complaint; furthermore, the staff and manager of the employees are horrible. The manager identified herself as Lisa McCluney!!! That is the SAME NAME that you can see on the reviews here and giving the facility a 5 star!!! She works there!!! Furthermore, Lisa McCluney left the front office to run a personal errand (go to the bank), as stated by the employees she manages. The other patients heard THE CURSING of the belligerent staff member who was OUT OF CONTROL and the Dr. had to pull her into a back room.
