Military Spouse who got terrible care today at the Waldorf location. With a painful genetic disease with no cure, I have been going there for 3 years. For some reason, at today's visit, they charged me a copay, but said I cannot be seen without proof of illness. (scratching my head). First of all, they have proof of illness in all previous hospital reports. Secondly, why wait 3 years to ask for such. I was referred to this civilian care through military medicine, due to my ongoing painful illness. Why would they ask for something that was provided in the very first referral. I did not get seen today and will take my insurance to a doctor's office that cares. By the way, when I complained to the head doctor, he shrugged his shoulders and ran down some stairs, after letting me know he did not have time to hear me out. I felt very disrespected by Dr. Richard Brouillette and his assistant. It took weeks to get this appointment. I got NOTHING, but I'll bet they'll be billing my insurance company. I have requested a full refund of my copay.
Very mismanaged and unprofessional establishment. With the exception of a “few” staff it’s safe to say the majority of the staff there should be retrained on patient privacy rights. Would highly explore other options before selecting this place as a resource to feeling better!
The best spine & pain office around! Very professional office personnel always treat & greet with respect. Dr. B is a man of his word & When he's with you it's all about you. He listens to you & comes up with a plan that works for you. Thank you Dr. B you truly 1 of a kind.
Got off work early to walk in 2 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Stood in line for 10 minutes. Another patient walks in the door and is helped right away as I'm STILL IN LINE! Then when I get to the window they ask me to reschedule. What a joke.
Everyone that i have seen there i like. They actually care.
