I really like the doctors in this office.
My comment is not regarding the doctors, it is regarding the staff at the Waldorf facility. Extremely unprofessional. I had an appointment at 9:40. I waited without being seen until 10:50. I had to leave and was not seen. I would not come back
I have grown to love and respect this man who is a doctor who cares. He is up front and honest. I try not to go often to see him but when I do, we laugh as well as be serious about what it is that ails me. He is not pushy for surgery, money or getting you in and out. I trust him and this matters. I have to admit I am not all that happy that Medstar is involved with what was a very pleasing office environment and staff. Don't get me wrong the staff is top notch however they have manage to take aware the personal touch and feel of the office. I believe in progress but in this case I believe Medstar could have learned from them and the Rehab/Therapy staff and adapted to them instead of them to Medstar.
Trying to schedule was an ordeal in itself. The wait time for a scheduled appointment is ridiculous, and the doctor is brash and cold
